The Professional Collection Specialist (PCS) Certificate was designed for collectors who complete training in professional and ethical collection practices. Show your clients that your collectors have what it takes to collect efficiently and effectively, while staying in compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). To achieve this designation, you must:
- Complete the FDCPA (Facts, Fiction & Reality) seminar, available as an online seminar, face-to-face training, webcourse and CD-ROM.
- Complete the Essential Collection Skills & Techniques training, available as classroom seminar, online seminar, webcourse and CD–ROM.
- Apply for and successfully pass the exam with 85 percent or higher.
